By using our services you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you have the authority to enter into this agreement. Where a student is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must consent to and accept these Terms on their behalf.

4. No Guarantee of Admission

Admission decisions are made solely by the universities and institutions to which you apply and are outside Araya's control. While we work diligently to strengthen and present your application as effectively as possible, we do not and cannot guarantee admission, scholarships, funding, or the grant of any visa.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, meeting agreed deadlines, submitting your own authentic work, and complying with the rules and requirements of each institution and immigration authority. Araya guides and advises; final submissions and decisions remain your responsibility.

6. Fees and Payments

Fees for services are as agreed in writing between you and Araya at the time of engagement. Unless expressly stated otherwise in your service agreement, fees are for professional guidance and are not contingent on admission outcomes. Any refund terms will be set out in your specific service agreement.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website and guidance may reference or link to third-party websites, universities, and services. Araya is not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies or availability of any third party. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and that party.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, frameworks and materials — is the property of Araya Global Education and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
